Labour Law

We advise companies in labour questions with all its scopes. We examine and we elaborate employment contracts, collective or individual, also of foreigners. We carry through sponsorship in legal action of labour claims, also in the higher stages of appeal. During companies audit we identify procedural fragilities in the practical side of Human Resources and/or the labour law actions. We examine related substance and the working succession and recovery of companies. We carry through working agreements and negotiations with Unions, creating (and revising) codes of behaviour, norms of remuneration and rules of security.

We elaborate and we take actions for acquisitions and contracts on the basis of the Law 8.666/93. We implement and we follow the execution of the procedures of active debt, courts of ethics and elections.

We represent unions before the Federal, State Public prosecution service, the Labour and Court of Accounts of the States and the Union.
